Terms of use

Layaway Options:

Option A:  8 bi-weekly payments

Option B:  4 monthly payments

You have the option to make 8 consecutive equal installment payments every 2 weeks (bi-weekly), or 4 consecutive equal monthly payments. Your project will not start until all payments have been received and cleared by our bank. If you miss a payment or your payment has been delayed for any reason, this will delay the start of your project.

Layaway Plan Deadline:

You must pay your layaway plan in full within 5 months. Failure to pay in full by this deadline will result in immediate cancellation of your layaway plan, the assessment of our cancellation fee, and the issuing of a refund check.

How To Make Your Layaway Payments:

You can make your layaway payment by Check, Money Order, or Credit Card (a 3% processing fee will apply to all credit card charges). Our accounting department will provide you with an invoice and the current payment options to choose from.

Cancellation / Cancellation Fee / Refund:

You may cancel your layaway plan at any time in writing via email to support@affordablebathrooms.net or by 2-day priority mail to the address on your invoice to receive a refund of your payments. A $300 cancellation fee will be assessed. This fee will be deducted from your layaway payments held by Affordable Bathrooms. We will mail your refund check minus the cancellation fee within 72 hours after your written request for cancellation has been received.
