ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
When you use any Affordable Bathrooms Service or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, advertising, promotions and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

We reserve the right to change our service offerings at any time. Affordable Bathrooms offers bathroom, kitchen and flooring installation services. Our Installers are considered “handymen”, and may not possess a license in this field of service. If a license is required in your state for “handyman” services, then ALL Installers that operate there will possess one.

TRASH REMOVAL
We generally use a dumpster bag with pickup by Waste Management to dispose of your trash. If a dumpster is needed, we will contract with one of our local dumpster companies to provide one.

OUR INSTALLERS
We partner with local contractors to provide installation services for our clients. All Installers are vetted by our expert management team. We also verify insurance and state licenses (when required by state law) internally. A copy of these items are kept on file. Every contractor goes through our skills competency test before we certify them as an approved “Installer”, and make them a part of our network.

NON-SOLICITATION OF OUR INSTALLERS
You are not allowed to solicit our approved Installers for any bathroom, kitchen or flooring project in your home. This is considered a conflict of interest since the Installer works for Affordable Bathrooms providing the same service to you.

OUR VENDOR PARTNERS
We may use contractors called “Vendor Partners” that can provide services our Installers may not be able to offer. You can request to either have a vendor partner call you, or the phone number to contact the vendor partner directly. We do not control the schedule, services or price of the vendor partners. You can choose to pay the vendor partner directly or to make payment to Affordable Bathrooms and have us pay the vendor partner for services performed. If payment is made to Affordable Bathrooms, then a service charge of 3% will be added to your credit card to cover any credit card processing fee. You are solely responsible for vetting any vendor partner we send you. Affordable Bathrooms shall not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage arising from the work performed by any vendor partner you use.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
If you do not purchase one of our packages, then it is your responsibility to purchase all materials used to complete your project. These materials should be present at the time of your installation project. If you are unable to provide these materials, then Affordable Bathrooms can arrange a pickup of your materials for a nominal fee. If the pickup option is chosen, you must purchase the materials and have them ready for pickup. You must also be available for a phone sale with the local home improvement store for any materials that is needed by your Installer.

WARRANTY
You will receive an email with a warranty certificate at the completion of your project. This certificate entitles the recipient to a 12-month limited warranty that will cover the labor only for any issues in craftsmanship on your project.

LAYAWAY PLAN
We offer an in-house layaway plan that charges zero interest to help our clients fund their remodeling project.  Visit our layaway page for more details on our plan.

CANCELLATION
We may cancel your project if it has not started within 2 months from the date of your deposit payment, or you may cancel your project at anytime before the project starts to receive a refund of your deposit, minus the following fees: a $500 cancellation fee, $100 installer assessment fee, $100 phone design consultation or $250 in-person design consultation fee (if provided), materials (if purchased), delivery fee (if used), and any other service noted on your invoice that has been performed prior to the cancellation. Please note that these fees are subject to change without prior notice. Payment of your deposit constitutes your full understanding and agreement to these fees and terms of purchase. REFUND
NO refund will be issued after the 60 day cancellation period has passed. We will only issue an in-house credit for your deposit payment to be used at any time in the future when you decide to complete your remodeling project. Please note that your original project cost will change to account for the current labor &/or material prices when you restart your job.
